Information regarding billing cycles, deposits, project cancellations, and refunds.
A standard 50% deposit is required before commencing any corporate web design or SEO project in Dubai. This deposit covers discovery workshops, wireframing tasks, and initial assets setup, and is non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled by the client during layout phases, Billing is calculated pro-rata for milestones achieved. Completed code files or designs will not be transferred until final payment is cleared.
